What is your return/refund policy?

We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of goods in new or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt. We do not refund shipping costs.

Should you wish to return goods please contact us within 7 days of shipment receipt.

We suggest that items are returned with appropriate insurance and tracking; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit.

ii. Damaged items

If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item(s) and packaging.

A replacement will be dispatched once we have either received the damaged item back or photos are submitted showing the damage.

Please wait for instructions before returning the item.

iii. Delayed items

If your item does not arrive within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch notification email, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

How long until my Item(s) arrive?

Goods usually ship within 1/2 business days of order. Personalised Items and framed prints may take slightly longer as they are made to order, but again these can be shipped sooner.

Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with estimated delivery time.

Do you post outside the UK?

Yes we do, we post to all corners of the world, just select your country in the drop down box at checkout.

What will it cost to ship my items?

Postage in the UK is FREE.

International Postage: Costs start at £1 for small items up to £5.50 for larger items.
